Waiting for chocolate...

Here is the thoughts going through our mind while Miss Brake made us wait for chocolate!  We are proud of conveying the desperation of that moment.  Please comment on aspects of our writing you enjoy.

“I want my chocolate NOW!”  My eyes can’t stop looking at the delicious chocolate.  I smell the chocolate, I feel like I am allowed to eat it but then Miss Brake says “No, just look at it”.  I said “Let me eat it!”  She let me eat it finally, after 100 years. Skylar

“Give me the chocolate NOW!”   “OK, here you go...tricked ya!” said Miss Brake.  That was funny.  It smells like Christmas calendars.  Finally, she gives us the chocolate to eat.  It tastes like Christmas calendars too. Kaden

“Mmmmm give me my chocolate now lady, stop talking!”  She’s making us smell it now.  It smells like Easter.  I can’t take my eyes off it.  Finally, she lets me eat it! Peyton
